S.K.C Year 8 gold (Bush Babies) vs Melbourne Grammer: May 10th at Fawkner park
S.K.C managed a tough hard fought match against Melbourne Grammar School in an away game at Fawkner Park. The score ended up being 33-5, but that doesn’t mean it was an easy game.
The ground and weather were perfect for a game of rugby with the ground not too hard and not too soft, perfect for some run in the backs.
The boys should be congratulated for the hard running they put into the match helping us to a healthy victory. Ollie Roberts had a great game with some inspirational runs through the Melbourne Grammar forwards and backs.
Though Melbourne grammar played some good rugby scoring one try with a good run.
The try scorers were Ollie Roberts with 3 who burst through the packs to score all of them and 2 to myself with Ollie making a break and passing wide and with Felix Mason having a run and popping out to myself to end up scoring 2. Paul Hoy got 3 conversions and Felix Mason scoring 1.
